Retention - All sacramental records for the St. Joseph the Worker Cluster are retained at Holy Name Parish in West Union.  Records include: Baptism, Eucharist, Confirmation, Marriage and Death.

Requests - All requests for official records should be made to Pam Rochford at Holy Name Parish.  Requests may be sent by email to [email protected] or by phone at 563-422-3184 or mailed to 128 N. Walnut Street, West Union, IA  52175.  Please be sure to include the record(s) you wish to receive, name of the individual and parents, birth date, approximate date the sacrament was received, parish where the sacrament was received and address where the document should be sent upon completion.
